What is your refund process? |

Our refund process is as follows…
First, you will need to schedule the return of a product by signing in to the main site and clicking the "How to Return" link on the left side menu. Fill out the form and follow the instructions given to you.
Second, ship the product you want to return back to the warehouse according to the instructions given.
Third, when the warehouse receives the order and processes it an email will be sent to you informing you that your return has been received and processed. At the same time our website will be updated with information regarding the return.
Lastly, you will receive a full refund of the product price (not including shipping or discounts received).
Because of the costly expense of shipping to Hong Kong we are looking for a different alternative. When we do, we will be sure to inform everyone via our main & FAQ sites.
