If you searched for something specific and the results show a large number of images that have nothing to do with what you searched for, it is because the original search function searches only the images "tags", which are assigned to an image by the designer. It is up to the designer to be accurate in their description of the image, unfortunately, a number of designers do not use the practice of less tags (yet more accurate) is better for all, than more tags (every word under the sun) means no one can find what they are looking for.
